The Power of Affirmations

An affirmation is a proclamation of truth.

They are used to break through energy blocks that may appear in any area of our lives. Usually they show up in the health, wealth or relationship areas of our life.
How do they work: By repeating the affirmation over and over it acts as if the statement is already true. When said with conviction and absolute faith they may be the cornerstones of miracles. The idea is that we are centered and grounded when we make these powerful statements. It is wise to use the “I am” to begin the affirmation as it connects you to the highest part of your being. Remember it takes 21 days to create a new habit.

How do I get started with them? Start small. Pick one area of your life that you are stuck in and want to change. Find a time each day to repeat them over and over, better yet say them over and over again throughout the day so that all of your energy and feeling is going there. Remember you are holding on to the feeling that the affirmation is already true. It is important to be centered and grounded while making these statements.
They can bring up issues related to the affirmation to correct the behaviors. Instead of saying, “Oh no not this again.” Say thank you, I get this I need to change this behavior to receive my desired outcome.

Examples.

I am healthy whole and complete.
I love myself just the way I am.
I am worthy of being treated with respect, kindness and honesty.
Only my good can come to me.
Money flows to me easily and effortless. I am a money magnet.
Thank you God for my miracles.
