 Mission Statement:
I do what I do in this world, because I have found my zest in life and I am here to assist you to find yours.
I found my zest through a process of releasing my fears, limiting beliefs, and removing energy blockages that were causing me to feel stuck.  I learned to love myself through this process.  I learned to develop a daily spiritual practice and the importance of meditation.
In accepting and allowing the flow of life with ease and grace, it opens our receivership of the universal laws of attraction to experience miracles.

Studies and medical research show that happiness alone, can prolong a persons life 7.5 – 10 years.  Zestfulness is a power that connects you into the greater life you came here to live.
Zest puts a a rudder on the boat of your life as it gently steers and propels the sails, so that your ship comes in.
Sometimes our lives appear like a rescue boat, with holes and leaks and  filling up with water. In essence it feels like we are drowning.
Other times we see a motorboat where everyone is happy and joyful and the motor breaks down, and the sail falls off.
